We the People:250 - A Clinton County Community-Wide Human American Flag Initiative

In celebration of America’s 250th Anniversary and the unveiling of our downtown American Flag mural, the Wilmington Chamber of Commerce is inviting businesses, schools, churches, civic groups, organizations, and individuals across Clinton County to participate in We the People: 250 — a powerful visual tribute created by the people who make our community strong.

Between May 1 and May 31, participating groups will create a Human American Flag and submit a photo to be included in the county-wide America 250 showcase.
